Return Policy

  • Purchased units are eligible for return within 10 days upon delivery.

Note: The unit must be unused; free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that customer received it.

  • Subject to up to a 20% restocking fee (this is withheld from refund)
  • Customer pays $150 return shipping fee (this is withheld from refund) or a $50 drop off fee at our Chicago location.

Purchased, but not shipped:

  • Subject to a 12% administration fee (both in-stock & pre-orders)

Used items cannot be returned except in case of manufacturer defect. The manufacurer defect will be confirmed upon inspection by Rydy.

Items purchased during a sale (such as Black Friday, Christmas sales) cannot be returned.

Return:

Customer will contact Rydy Bikes Support via email: info@rydybikes.com. After Rydy confirms the return, customer will ship the unit back and provide the tracking information to Rydy Bikes within 3 business days.

Once the returned unit is received and inspected, customer will be notified about the return status. Rydy Bikes has the right to reject the return if the inspection result does not indicate a manufacturer defect.
